1 1/2 cups Bowl & Basket Whole Milk
1 tsp Bowl & Basket Ground Ginger, plus more for topping
Whipped Cream
Directions
- Whisk milk and ground ginger until ginger is dissolved.
- Heat milk mixture in a microwave safe container in 30 second increments until just steaming, then froth mixture with a milk frother.
- Pour coffee into a mug.
- Top with frothed ginger milk, whipped cream and a sprinkle of ground ginger.
- Serve immediately.
